Your care and safety as well as the safety of our team is our top priority. As recommendations are changing, so are we. Starting Monday, 6/1/2020, we will be complying with Governor Bullock's Phase II of reopening as well as following recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Montana Dental Board, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
This includes: asking screening questions, taking temperatures, limiting the number of people seated in reception, having patients swish with a pre-procedural rinse before treatment, washing hands, our clinical team wearing face shields, AND MORE.
**Please note: OUR DOORS WILL STAY LOCKED, a team member will be controlling patient flow in and out of the building**
IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT: (1) You're welcome to wait in your vehicle and text us at (406)318-8052 to let us know you're here; or please knock on the door close to your appointment time and we'll come down to let you in. (2) If you knock, know that there are less of us covering the front office--give us at least 30 seconds to get there! (3) If we don't get to you in a couple minutes, we're on the phone or helping in the back momentarily; we're checking our security cameras and you can be sure that we see you :) (4) Please call or text us (406-318-8052) to let us know you're here and we/'ll let you know when we're ready to let you in. You're welcome to wait in your car/outside!
IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT: We have very limited staff working our front office. Calling or leaving us a message first is necessary for us to keep our team and patient family safe. We promise we'll get to your message! For all unscheduled visits: (1) You must call ahead in order to ensure time for you, (2) we will conduct a screening process prior to having you come in
