Get To Know Our Doctors

The diverse backgrounds of our doctors intersect with service at its core. Because they work cohesively and exchange ideas and knowledge with each other, know that you’re being taken care of by three dentists instead of just one.

Andrew Ordelheide

Andrew Ordelheide

Dr. Andrew Ordelheide was born and raised on the Oregon Coast in Lincoln City. He studied violin and music performance at Walla Walla University and La Sierra University before continuing on to dental school at Loma Linda University and earning his doctorate of dental surgery in 2008. While pursuing his music performance degree, he found the greatest treasure in his future wife, Elizabeth.

Having a family background in health care and service, Dr. Andrew chose to continue into dentistry after having the opportunity to serve in the field internationally prior to attending college. It is his desire and mission to provide simple, effective, and comfortable dental care with a focus on prevention.

While his wife was finishing her last year of dental school, Dr. Andrew chose to relocate to Plains, Montana, in hopes of making a great and positive impact on a community by changing the experience for each individual that his team has the opportunity to serve.

When not at the office, Dr. Andrew enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking and kiteboarding in all seasons. Always a highlight is playing music with his wife, Dr. Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Ordelheide

Elizabeth Ordelheide

Dr. Elizabeth Ordelheide was born and raised in southern California. While attending Walla Walla University for undergraduate classes, she met her future husband, Andrew, in music theory classes. After spending a year abroad as a student missionary at a children’s home in Romania, she returned to California to attend Loma Linda University and received degrees in Medical Radiography (AS) and Radiologic Sciences (BS).

Always wanting to end up in a profession where its primary focus is on serving others, Dr. Elizabeth decided to go into dentistry. After working as a radiologic technologist for five years, she went back to school and eventually received her doctorate of dental surgery from Loma Linda University in 2012. Soon after, she moved to Montana to join her husband, Dr. Andrew Ordelheide, who had started working at Ordelheide Dental the previous year.

When at home, the Doctors Ordelheide’s pup keeps them company: a leggy rescued terrier mix. In her spare time, Dr. Elizabeth enjoys playing the piano, fiber arts, photography, the outdoors, and cooking feasts.

George McKee

George McKee

Dr. George McKee attended and graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 1979. He started and ran a successful cosmetic reconstructive practice in California for over 20 years and during this time he met his wife Barbara. An opportunity arose and he spent 13 years practicing dentistry internationally in Portugal, Dubai, and Oman. With grandchildren on the horizon, Dr. George and Barbara decided to come back stateside and he practiced in Oregon for seven years. In addition to his clinical experience, he became an instructor for many years at The Pride Institute, a nationally known dental practice management firm in the United States, and also started and ran his own dental consulting business while abroad in Portugal.

Growing up in a family of dentists piqued his interest in the field early on. Even after practicing dentistry for 40 years, Dr. George still finds it fun and exciting. He always enjoys meeting new people and having new experiences.

As a teenager, his family went on a road trip that took them through Montana and he‘s wanted to live here ever since. Many Montana trips later for both him and Barbara, they’re both in agreement and eager to call Big Sky Country their new home. They both love fishing, hiking, and four-wheeling, even more so when their three adult children and grandchildren come to visit.

After meeting Dr. George, don‘t bother asking him if he plays basketball because he’s tall -- instead, he’s actually musically inclined and enjoys playing bluegrass banjo. He and Barbara are looking forward to the friendly and small town life of Plains.
