If you are looking for a Dental Savings Plan, we offer great annual premiums to help reduce your dental costs!


  • For urgent visits that require the doctor’s opinion, payment is due before seeing the doctor.
  • For after-hour visits that require the doctor, there is an additional $200 charge.
  • For all visits, payment is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made with our financial team members.
  • On all balances that are not paid within 90 days, we will apply an 18% finance charge.

Payment Options

  • There is a 5% fee reduction with full payment by cash or check at the time of treatment for balances over $150.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • We accept CareCredit, a health care financing program


It only takes minutes to apply and approval is determined quickly. MT West Dentist (Ordelheide Dental, Inc.) accepts CareCredit repayment plans that are 12 months or less in length. Click here for more information and an application form.


MT West Dentist (Ordelheide Dental, Inc.) is not a preferred provider for an insurance company although we do accept and bill all insurances.


We accept all patients with Medicaid who are 18 years old and under.

Currently, we accept only a very limited number of patients who are 19 and older that use Medicaid as insurance.

Our Dental Savings Plan

Are you looking for an alternative to dental insurance? Do you want to see the dentist regularly but haven’t been able to afford it? Are you interested in discounted treatment?

Your care and safety as well as the safety of our team is our top priority. As recommendations are changing, so are we. Starting Monday, 6/1/2020, we will be complying with Governor Bullock's Phase II of reopening as well as following recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Montana Dental Board, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

This includes: asking screening questions, taking temperatures, limiting the number of people seated in reception, having patients swish with a pre-procedural rinse before treatment, washing hands, our clinical team wearing face shields, and more.

**Please note: OUR DOORS WILL STAY LOCKED, a team member will be controlling patient flow in and out of the building**

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT: (1) You're welcome to wait in your vehicle and text us at (406)318-8052 to let us know you're here; or please knock on the door close to your appointment time and we'll come down to let you in. (2) If you knock, know that there are less of us covering the front office--give us at least 30 seconds to get there! (3) If we don't get to you in a couple minutes, we're on the phone or helping in the back momentarily; we're checking our security cameras and you can be sure that we see you :) (4) After that, you're welcome to wait in your car for a few minutes--we'll send you a text or come and find you!
