COVID-19 Update: WE ARE OPEN!

SUMMARY:

  1. Please wear a face covering (mask, faceshield, etc) to be worn indoors when not receiving treatment.
  2. Our doors will stay locked. Please text (406-318-8052), call (406-215-4705), or knock on the door when you arrive! Have patience--it can take us a moment to come down the stairs.
  3. Within 2 weeks of your visit, please complete COVID-19 Prescreening Questions HERE

TO OUR PATIENT FAMILY:

Your care and safety as well as the safety of our team is our top priority. As recommendations are changing, so are we. Starting Monday, 6/1/2020, we will be complying with Governor Bullock's Phase II of reopening as well as following recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Montana Dental Board, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT: We have limited staff working our front office. Calling or leaving us a message first is necessary for us to keep our team and patient family safe. We promise we'll get to your message! For all unscheduled visits: (1) You must call ahead in order to ensure time for you, (2) we will conduct a screening process prior to having you come in
